Why Support the SPK Academy
1. Students have the privilege of learning from one of the premier living masters of Indian Classical music, Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan.
2. The SPK Academy is one of the few Indian classical music schools in the US with a hub in India, reaching hundreds of students worldwide with both in-person and remote learning.

Where does your money go?
First and foremost, your contributions support the operations of the Academy to ensure the highest quality musical education is delivered reliably to all students worldwide.
This includes in-person lessons, online learning sessions, and group events that take place at the Academy’s headquarters in Chandler, Arizona. This also includes Academy sponsored workshops all over North America and India.
Your donations directly benefit many of our students, who need financial support to pursue their musical passions. We offer scholarships to deserving students for both online learning and in-person events such as Shibirs.
Your donations help the Academy fulfill one of its primary goals - to provide a platform for students to become performers. Student performances happen both in person and are broadcast online via the Academy’s YouTube channel.
Last but not least, your contributions are used to ensure the world has access to Ustadji’s wonderful music. The Academy aims to build a studio to record Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan’s performances, interviews, and student interactions with the aim of building a formal archive library.
